Refund Policy

  • Service Fee Commitment
    • The Client agrees to remit a professional service fee to International Study Services (Pvt) Ltd. in the amount of Rs. _________.
  • Refund Guarantee
    • To ensure client confidence, the Registration and Service Charges are 100% refundable in the event that the company is unable to secure an official Letter of Offer from a partner institution.
  • Non-Refundable Conditions
    • The Registration and Service Charges shall be considered non-refundable under the following circumstances:
      • Document Integrity: The submission of fraudulent, altered, or misleading documentation by the applicant.
      • Interview Performance: Failure to clear the mandatory interview with either the academic institution or the embassy/consulate.
      • Regulatory Compliance: The applicant’s inability to meet the specific financial or legal requirements mandated by the embassy.
      • Voluntary Withdrawal: Decisions by the student to discontinue the application process after a Letter of Admission or Offer has been successfully secured.
  • Institutional Tuition Refunds
    • In the event of a visa refusal, the refund of tuition fees previously paid to the university or institute is strictly governed by the individual refund policy of that specific institution. International Study Services (Pvt) Ltd. will facilitate the refund process but is not liable for the institution's financial decisions.
  • Declaration of Consent
    • By entering into this agreement, the student commits to adhering to all instructions, timelines, and guidelines provided by their designated Case Officer at International Study Services (Pvt) Ltd.
