Tourism, visiting family/friends, short business, or attending events.

Visa Types

We offer the following visa services: Travel (Tourist) Visa, Business Visa, Family Visit Visa, and Transit Visa. Each visa type is designed to suit specific travel purposes, whether you're exploring a new country, attending meetings or conferences, visiting relatives, or passing through en route to another destination. Our services include guidance on eligibility, document preparation, application submission, and follow-up support to ensure a smooth and timely visa process.

Eligibility Requirements

Pakistani applicants must show:

  • You will leave Canada at the end of your visit
  • You have enough funds for the trip.
  • You have ties to Pakistan (family, job, property).
  • You are in good health and may need a medical exam (in some cases).
  • You have no criminal record.
  • You will not work or study during your visit.

Pakistani Applicants

Mandatory Documents

Valid Passport

  • At least one blank page, valid for the entire trip.

    • IMM 5257 – Visitor Visa Application Form

  • Filled and submitted online via the IRCC portal.

    • Family Information Form (IMM 5645)

    Visa Fee Payment Receipt

    Passport-size Photograph (recent, as per Australian specs)

    Photographs

  • Passport-size photos as per Canadian specifications.

    • Biometrics Appointment Confirmation

    Proof of Financial Support
    • Bank statements (last 6 months)
    • Pay slips (last 3-6 months)
    • Property documents or rental income (if applicable)
    • Letter of financial support (if a sponsor is funding your trip)
    • Sponsor’s financial documents (if applicable)
    Purpose of Visit
    • Detailed travel itinerary
    • Hotel reservations/accommodation plans
    • If invited by someone in Canada:
    • Invitation letter with full name, address, relationship, purpose of visit, and duration
    • Copy of inviter’s passport or PR/Canadian Citizenship document
    • Copy of inviter’s passport or PR/Canadian Citizenship document
    Proof of Ties to Pakistan
    • Employment letter (with job title, duration, salary, leave approval)
    • Business registration certificate (if self-employed)
    • School/university letter (if student)
    • Marriage certificate or family registration certificate (FRC)
    • Property ownership documents
    • Family dependency proof (children, spouse, etc.)
    If Traveling with Children
    • Birth certificates
    • Affidavit or consent letter from non-accompanying parent(s)
    • Guardianship documents (if applicable)
    Additional Documents
    • Police Character Certificate (optional but recommended)
    • Medical exam (if requested by IRCC)
    • Travel history (copies of visas/stamps for other countries)
    • Cover letter explaining your trip, financials, ties to home country, and intent to return
    Translation
    • All documents in Urdu must be translated into English or French by a certified translator, with an affidavit.
    • Police Character Certificate (recommended)
    • Medical exam (if requested)
    • Any previous visa refusals (must be disclosed)
    Visa Fee
    • CAD 100 for the visa
    • CAD 85 for biometrics
